Web & App Development
Custom websites and web applications built around how the business actually runs — not bent to fit a template.
Reliable by design
Custom software, automation and infrastructure for businesses that are done holding it all together manually.
Built for operations teams, founders and agencies who need it to just work.
Services
Custom websites and web applications built around how the business actually runs — not bent to fit a template.
Bespoke or customised CRM, internal dashboards and client portals built around the real workflow.
If a person is doing it the same way twice a week, it can probably be automated.
Network design, configuration, monitoring and hardening for growing teams and multi-site businesses.
Sensor networks, embedded firmware and real-time data systems for hardware-adjacent businesses.
Work
ArcQ is built for practical problems: disconnected tools, undocumented manual steps, fragile spreadsheets, hidden single points of failure and systems only one person knows how to restart.
For teams where the process already exists, but lives across files, inboxes and memory.
For businesses where the same admin task is being repeated every week because the tools do not talk.
For small and mid-sized teams that need visibility before the angry phone call arrives.
Client-sensitive work can be discussed privately where confidentiality allows. The useful version of a case study is simple: problem, system, result.
About
ArcQ Solutions is the practice of Arek, a software engineer with a BSc in Software Engineering from the University of Portsmouth and an MSc in Software Engineering from the University of Amsterdam.
Before founding ArcQ, Arek worked as an in-house software engineer building websites, applications, CRM and automation tooling, and infrastructure for businesses that needed all of it to simply keep running.
ArcQ exists because most reliability problems are not exciting. They are a manual step nobody documented, a workaround nobody fixed, or a system one person has to remember how to restart.
Process
A short call to understand the real problem, not just the requested feature.
A written scope: what is being built, what it costs, and what “done” means.
Regular check-ins. Working software shown early and often. Not a black box until launch day.
Documentation and, where useful, a reliability plan so the system keeps running.
Dedicated capacity for a defined period.
Fixed-scope builds with agreed deliverables.
Maintenance, monitoring and small-change support.
